Job Location: Malibu/Santa Monica/Ventura County
Project Site Manager/Field Superintendent/ Working Supervisor
Job requires on site sub-contractor management, traveling between multiple projects and ensuring completion of pick lists and safety performance across all sub contractor trades. Daily review of trade work quality, relative to a standard list of expectations for a finished job. Take measurements and photos of job status as needed to verify progress. Procure and deliver supplies as needed. Track and submit receipts / shipping logs / change orders. Light Labor may be necessary.
Requires:
At least 10 years Commercial/Residential Home Building experience with new construction, remodels and Commercial Tenant Improvement work
Direct experience with Framing, Plumbing, Foundation or Electrical a must
Excellent time management, setting and driving trades to meet deadlines.
Ability to identify potential delays
Must have smartphone and Microsoft office computer skills
Results oriented, common sense and critical thinking skills
Must speak English and Spanish is a plus
